Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm
£500 – £570 per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assist with lesson planning, classroom organisation, and resource preparation

Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development

Gain valuable classroom experience ahead of a PGCE or teacher training programme
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

A 2:1 degree (or above) in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related field

A strong academic background (A-Levels and GCSEs)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to working in the classroom

Some experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering) is desirable but not essential
