What you will do:
- Provide outstanding occupational therapy care to patients on acute medical wards
- Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and capabilities
- Facilitate and plan effective discharge processes to support patient transitions
- Monitor patient progress and adapt goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families to empower them in their care

Requirements for the Occupational Therapist:
- A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within the NHS
- Registered with the HCPC with a proven record of acute medical experience in a similar role
