What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide psychosocial interventions within a structured 12-week framework.
- Engage in duty work and collaborate with colleagues on discharge coordination to efficiently manage caseloads.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including clinicians, social workers, and support workers, to deliver patient-centred care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide support and education about their care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Essential Skills / Experience:

- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Minimum of one year’s experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Strong assessment and formulation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team structure.
