What you will do:
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop treatment plans to support individuals with low to moderate needs.
- Deliver effective psychosocial interventions within a 12-week support framework.
- Engage in duty work and coordinate with colleagues to manage discharge processes and reduce caseloads.
- Collaborate closely with a team of clinicians, social workers, and support workers to deliver high-quality short-term support.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.
Essential skills/experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- NMC Registration required.
- Strong assessment and formulation skills are essential for this role.
