What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and create tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
• Provide rehabilitation guidance and support to help clients improve their quality of life and independence.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to develop innovative care solutions.
• Advise and educate service users and their families on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

• Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Have recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the UK.
• Demonstrated recent experience in the NHS is essential.
• Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
