What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for adults requiring support to optimise their independence in daily living.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans focusing on effective moving and handling techniques, equipment provisions, and adaptations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and person-centred care.
- Offer expert advice and support to clients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Promote best practices in occupational therapy within the Adult Social Services framework.
Requirements:
- Registered with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar setting.
- Experience in moving, handling, and providing equipment and adaptations.
- Ideally, a car driver with the capability to travel across Nottingham as required.
