What you will do:

Requirements of the Social Work Team Manager:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in social work, coupled with a current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrable managerial experience in a social work setting, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Proven ability to lead frontline services with a focus on managing and developing teams within a DoLS context.
