Social Worker - Duty & Assessment Team in Lancashire (UK), earning £36 hourly with a contract lasting 3 months

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and the appropriate courses of action
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement support plans

- Provide detailed reports and documentation within established timelines
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and relevant training sessions
