- Communicate sensitively and effectively with patients, carers, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Utilise excellent organisational and communication skills in your daily duties.
- Update clinical information via computer systems for data collection and audits with precision.
- Maintain and enhance your professional knowledge in accordance with HCPC requirements, with active support for seeking internal and external training opportunities.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential for reaching patient locations and ensuring timely interventions.
