What you will do:

• Conduct strengths-based assessments to understand the individual goals and needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with customers, their families, and other team members to design and implement creative and effective reablement plans.

• Work alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers, benefiting from the guidance of our Principal Occupational Therapist.

• Visit clients in their homes or other settings, such as hospitals, requiring a valid full UK driver's license.

• Leverage your professional knowledge to empower individuals, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy, coupled with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.

• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• A full UK driver's license is preferable to attend client visits conveniently and efficiently.
