What you will do:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated pharmacy team, providing strategic direction for the department.
• Act as the accountable officer ensuring compliance with all professional standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining good standing within the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Support clinical meetings by setting agendas and assisting the chair, as well as ensuring the correct management of Clinical Trials.
• Drive Medicines Optimisation initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Utilise your comprehensive NHS experience to deliver excellent pharmaceutical services and leadership.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
