Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Social Workers and Social Care Assessors, ensuring high-quality practice and adherence to safeguarding policies

• Act as Safeguarding Adult Manager (SAM) for Section 42 enquiries, leading safeguarding processes and oversight

• Manage a complex caseload, delivering tailored, person-centred support to service users

• Support the Assistant Team Manager and Team Manager with service delivery, development, and improvement initiatives

• Lead duty management as part of the rota, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent needs
