What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Play a critical role in developing and reviewing Child in Need and Child Protection Plans, ensuring they are effective and person-centred.
- Participate in court work, including drafting detailed reports and attending hearings as required.
- Collaborate closely with health, education, and partner agencies to deliver holistic support for children and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records to support the welfare and development of children.
- Work with looked after children from initial care through to permanence or adoption, ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
