  • Chair CP conferences and reviews of looked-after children, ensuring their voices are heard and represented accurately.

  • Record and maintain comprehensive minutes of CFC reviews, establishing clear action plans and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with partner agencies, ensuring cohesive and effective cooperation towards child welfare.

  • Oversee and challenge care plans, ensuring every child's best interest remains at the forefront.

  • Conduct audits and maintain precise records, contributing to a transparent and accountable social work practice.
