Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a leading Adult Mental Health service in Ipswich. This is an exciting ongoing locum role offering stability, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites in a thriving and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health (ideally with older adults in an inpatient setting)

• PMVA training certification

• Strong multidisciplinary team collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to support safe and effective discharge planning

• Provide and manage adaptive equipment to meet individual patient needs

• Deliver both group and one-to-one therapeutic interventions

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic care planning

• Maintain high standards in clinical documentation and patient safety protocols
