What you will do:

• Assess and manage patients with neurological impairments to improve their quality of life.
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate early mobilisation and functional recovery to help patients regain independence.
• Provide specialist advice and education to patients, their families, and medical staff, ensuring a supportive journey.
• Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and therapy colleagues to deliver comprehensive care.

A valid HCPC registration is essential for this role. While car driving skills are required, rest assured, a pool car can be arranged for your use.
