What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team within the South Locality Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality adult social care
• Conduct Adult Safeguarding Enquiries and undertake Court Work, ensuring that all legal and professional standards are met
• Supervise and support team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Implement a person-centred, strength-based approach to assessment, case management, and review
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date management information systems
• Manage a small caseload of complex cases, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of adults and their carers
