What you will do:

• Provide critical support and intervention to children and families in need, working within the Safe Space Team to ensure the safety and well-being of at-risk individuals.
• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to create and implement effective care plans.
• Conduct assessments in line with statutory guidelines and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Offer emotional and practical support to children and their families, promoting positive outcomes.
• Engage in direct work with children to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf.
• Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, using your expertise to drive best practice and decision-making.
