What you will do:
- Complete child and family assessments to determine the needs of children in need, those subject to child protection, public law proceedings, and children in care within the South Holland FAST team
- Develop and implement detailed plans and interventions for the children and families you support
- Work independently on complex case work, showcasing your expertise and confidence
- Chair meetings efficiently and collaborate in a multi-agency arena to ensure the best outcomes
- Undertake regular visits to children and families, maintaining a personable and approachable manner
- Utilise restorative practices and signs of safety to enhance the quality of service provided
- Organise and perform Section 47 enquiries independently with confidence
- Provide duty cover on a rotational basis, being available one in three weeks
- Be present in the Spalding, Chappell Centre a minimum of two days every week, plus every Wednesday on non-duty weeks and four days during duty weeks
