• Conduct assessments and build relationships with children and families in need, undertaking comprehensive evaluations and creating effective safeguarding plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure the provision of continuous support for families, focusing on child welfare and protection.
• Manage a demanding but rewarding caseload, focusing on complex cases that involve CIN, CP, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and present cases in court, providing clear evidence and professional insights to support decision-making for child safety.
• Keep accurate records and submit timely reports to ensure compliance with legislative and procedural requirements.
