What you will do:

  • Provide motivational leadership within the team, both in-office and online, while building strong relationships with practitioners.
  • Conduct strengths-based supervision, encouraging professional growth and celebrating achievements.
  • Oversee duty allocations and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace, addressing discrimination and inequalities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of social work practice through regular case file audits and quality assurances.
  • Manage complex caseloads and assist in budget management through effective work distribution and assessment authorisation.
  • Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager and chair protection meetings when necessary.
