What You Will Do:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of social workers and practitioners within the Children in Care service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

  • Extensive experience managing teams in Children’s Services, ideally within Looked After Children or Care Leavers.

  • Proven ability to lead teams through service improvement and inspection processes.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding frameworks, and care standards.
