What you will do:

• Lead and manage the MASH Team, providing strategic direction and support to ensure effective safeguarding practices.
• Coordinate with a range of agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive information sharing and holistic decision-making.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
• Oversee the assessment process to identify risks and needs, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions for vulnerable children and families.
• Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and external partners, advocating for necessary resources and policies.
• Continuously review and adapt safeguarding practices to meet emerging challenges and legislation changes.
