Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or across multiple subjects

Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to enhance understanding and confidence

Assist with lesson preparation, resource development, and classroom management

Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Gain in-depth exposure to daily school operations and educational best practice
Who We’re Looking For:

Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or above

Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about education and making a difference in young people’s lives

Strong interest in at least one of the listed subject areas

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

Any experience working with young people is a plus, though not essential
