This full-time, paid role offers the chance to work closely with exceptional teachers, build practical teaching skills, and play a key role in supporting student learning and development.

Subjects in Demand:

• Science (all disciplines)

• Mathematics

• Modern Foreign Languages (particularly Spanish, with some French)

• Geography

• Nutrition / Food Technology

• English

• History

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or across multiple subjects

• Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to enhance understanding and confidence

• Assist with lesson preparation, resource development, and classroom management

• Help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

• Gain in-depth exposure to daily school operations and educational best practice

Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) from 2025 with a 2:1 or above

• Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

• Passionate about education and making a difference in young people’s lives

• Strong interest in at least one of the listed subject areas

• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

• Any experience working with young people is a plus, though not essential
