It efficiently manages support for children, from initial referrals to identifying children in need and addressing child protection matters. As a Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every referral follows the right pathway in line with Pan London's threshold matrix.

What you will do:

- Lead and manage the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, providing clear direction and support to social workers and staff.

- Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure a multi-agency approach to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Monitor the quality of services provided, implementing improvements where necessary to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance, keeping up-to-date with best practices and innovations in social work.
- Provide professional advice and decision-making support to team members on complex cases.
