What You Will Do

• Assess and triage referrals within the Children’s First Contact Service for early intervention.

• Liaise with multi-agency partners and community organisations to ensure appropriate responses.

• Undertake initial assessments of children and families to determine immediate needs.

• Deliver short-term crisis interventions and assist in managing urgent safeguarding concerns.

• Prepare clear, concise records and reports in line with statutory guidelines.

• Contribute to team discussions and ongoing service improvement initiatives.
