Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality assessments for service users with autism and associated complex needs.

  • Design, implement, and review tailored support plans that promote independence and quality of life.

  • Lead a dedicated team of staff, ensuring the consistent delivery of person-centred care.

  • Complete robust risk assessments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.

  • Act as a mentor and role model, supporting the professional development of colleagues.

  • Involve service users in planning their own care, respecting their choices and voice.

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and all regulatory requirements.

  • Provide transportation assistance using service vehicles when necessary.


What You’ll Bring

  • Professional Registration in Health or Social Care (e.g. Nurse, OT, Speech and Language Therapist, Social Worker, Registered Behaviour Technician).

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with IT systems.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • A deep understanding of autism, learning disabilities, and strength-based care.

  • A valid UK driving licence (flexibility available as agreed by management).
