We are seeking a Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team supporting Queensmead House School in Windsor and Greenholm School in South West London. Both Ofsted-rated ‘Good’, these specialist settings provide transformative education and care to children and young people with autism and complex needs. Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with autism and additional needs.

• Support the design of therapeutic environments by embedding psychological practices in daily school and residential routines.

• Provide consultation, training, and reflective supervision to education and care staff.

• Formulate clinical approaches in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues and ensure cohesive support plans.

• Promote trauma-informed, neurodiverse-friendly strategies to enhance outcomes for pupils and residents.

• Travel between Queensmead House and Greenholm School as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist.

• Significant experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.

• Confidence in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic planning.

• Proven ability to provide professional guidance and consultation in education and residential care environments.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
