Maths Teacher in Dudley, West Midlands

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher for a Secondary School in Dudley, rated as GOOD by Ofsted. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Maths Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for their next challenge. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, ensuring their success through engaging and effective teaching strategies.

Job Role:

• Plan and deliver Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in line with the National Curriculum
• Mark, assess, and provide feedback on students' work
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour with excellent behaviour management strategies
• Collaborate with other Secondary Teachers to ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum
• Contribute to the wider school community and engage with extracurricular activities

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
• Excellent subject knowledge in Maths
• Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students to achieve their potential
• Experience with using technology to enhance lesson delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a Secondary School team
