Exciting Opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner in Telford

Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for your next role? Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming, Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery school in Telford. This is a part-time position, working three days per week starting in September 2025 until Christmas, offering an excellent work-life balance in a nurturing and child-focused environment.

You will be working alongside a dedicated early years team, supporting young children in their development through high-quality education and care.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

• Promote children’s development through play-based and structured learning activities.

• Work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and development.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.

• Prior experience working in a UK nursery or primary school setting.

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting young children in their early development.

• Daily pay between £88.92 and £95, equivalent to £17,339 to £18,525 annually (based on a 5-day week over a full academic year).
