Nursery Practitioner in Stourport-on-severn

Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Stourport. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the Early Years (EYFS) sector, supporting 2-4-year-olds in their learning and development. The role in question is full-time, working 8:30-3:30 term-time only.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting children aged 2-4 years in line with the Birth to Five Framework
• Assisting with personal care and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Working alongside the Class Teacher and TA to deliver engaging activities
• Observing and assessing children's progress in line with EYFS standards
• Promoting positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare policies are strictly followed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Nursery Practitioner, Early Years (EYFS) experience
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
• Knowledge of the Birth to Five Framework
• Experience working with 2-4-year-olds and supporting their development
• Ability to work effectively within a Primary School setting
• Understanding of safeguarding, personal care, and welfare needs
