Job Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS, following the National Curriculum.
- Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Mark and assess work in line with school policies during longer placements.
- Adapt to a variety of Primary Schools, building strong relationships with staff and students.
- Provide support and guidance to students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
- Recent experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum across KS1, KS2, and EYFS.
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
