Flourish Education is recruiting for a passionate and proactive Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Wolverhampton, starting in September 2025 for a two-term assignment. Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Year 1 lessons in line with the National Curriculum

• Take full classroom responsibility, including planning, assessment, and reporting

• Support pupils’ academic and emotional development

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders, and support staff

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1

• In-depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• A positive, enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s learning
