The Science Teacher Role:

• Full-time teaching role covering Science Teacher responsibilities across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging National Curriculum lessons in Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Mark and assess students' work in line with school policies
• Attend staff meetings, departmental planning sessions and parents’ evenings
• Uphold excellent behaviour management to support a productive learning environment
• Deliver high-quality education that supports pupil development and achievement

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
• Recent experience as a Science Teacher, Secondary Teacher or Secondary Education Teacher
• Ability to teach across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Excellent subject knowledge of the National Curriculum for Science
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School setting
• Passion for student progress and enthusiasm for science
