About YouThe successful Housing Disrepair Lawyer will have: Qualified solicitor or barrister status, or relevant equivalent legal experience.Strong experience in housing law and housing disrepair claims.Experience managing a caseload of contentious housing or property matters.Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and civil litigation procedures.Experience providing legal advice within a local authority, housing association or similar organisation would be advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.Strong negotiation and case management skills.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
