Handle a caseload of childcare and protection cases under supervision, ensuring compliance with all legal standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of childcare legislation, local authority law, and practice management standards. Provide advocacy on behalf of the local authority and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
