The Role: In-House Commercial & Corporate Paralegal

We are a working with a leading global location services group specialising in high-impact event and brand activations to find a dynamic in-house Corporate Paralegal to join the team. Their work powers some of the world’s most recognisable brands, helping them create immersive experiences across markets. The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Commercial & Corporate Paralegal to join the in-house legal team. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to a wide range of legal and commercial matters within a fast-paced, creative industry. You will be instrumental in providing legal support across global operations, ensuring compliance and supporting the business through sound contract management.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supplier, client and partnership agreements.
Supporting the legal team on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and company secretarial matters.
Assisting with contract management processes, including maintaining contract databases and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders across regions.
Supporting the continuous improvement of templates, policies, and workflows to drive efficiency and risk management.

About You

Proven experience as a commercial paralegal or similar role within a corporate or in-house legal environment.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, creative, and fast-moving environment.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.
