Concierge & Memberships Manager – “London family members club”

Salary:                 £38,000 - £40,000+

Looking for a role where every day brings connection, creativity, and meaningful experiences? I am working with a luxury family members’ club designed to make quality time effortless and memorable. The Concierge & Memberships Manager will lead the front-of-house and membership journey — combining hospitality excellence with genuine people skills.

The Role

You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our members and their guests, ensuring every visit feels special. This hands-on role blends sales, service, and leadership — overseeing the Reception & Memberships team, driving membership growth and retention, and collaborating on standout events that keep families coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete membership journey — from first enquiry to happy, long-term member.
• Partner with the events team to deliver engaging activities that attract and retain members.
• Handle member queries or complaints with professionalism and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Lead the Concierge team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Oversee bookings, communications, and member access with efficiency and care.
• Prepare accurate membership reports and contribute to departmental planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to consistently meet service excellence standards.
• Support the General Manager with ad hoc duties as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Reception, Membership, Sales, or Guest Relations in a premium hotel or private club setting.
• Excellent communicator with a second language is highly desirable.
• Clear Enhanced DBS check required.
