I’m working with a highly regarded firm who have a new opportunity to welcome a Family Solicitor into their Nantwich office, with a clear focus on private childcare matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure, excellent mentoring and the chance to build a strong private law children practice in a supportive environment with a balanced caseload ready to go as well as the more established individual who can hit the ground running in the team.

The Role;

You’ll manage your own caseload of private childcare work, including child arrangements, specific issue, non molestation and prohibited steps applications.

You’ll be trusted with responsibility while benefiting from close support from experienced family specialists whenever needed.

What They’re Looking For;

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (1–4 years PQE)
Experience in private childcare law
Confident, empathetic client manner
A genuine passion for family law and client care
