Applications are invited from suitably experienced Senior Recovery Nurses to lead and manage the Paediatric lists at our client’s Acute Hospital site based in Central London (Travelcard Zone 1). This role is within easy reach of TfL and National Rail services. This role is based within main theatre Recovery and you provide and lead the delivery of post anaesthetic care for paediatric patients aged from two years old. Surgical lists include General Surgery, Dental, Ophthalmic, ENT and Orthopaedic.An established charity-status centre of excellence for over 160 years, the Hospital has 60 inpatient beds, including a state of the art six-suite Operating Theatre complex, Endoscopy Theatre and separate Adult HDU and Level 3 Intensive Recovery Unit. The Hospital also has a dedicated Urgent Care Centre and extensive Imaging and Diagnostic service and Therapies and Rehabilitation clinic. Person requirements Registered Nurse with full NMC (Adult or Paediatric) registration. Start: ASAP Red Recruit Global is excited to collaborate with a well-established, award-winning Removals and Storage firm.  We are currently seeking a dynamic Removals 3.5T Driver / Team Leader to oversee a team handling customers moves from their branch in London.  What you'll do: You will have the potential to take charge of a move as Team Leader, leading by example packing and wrapping, dismantling and reassembling our customers' possessions and loading and unloading vehicles safely and carefully.  This work is physically demanding, but it's varied and satisfying. What you need: A UK driver's licence is essential, and you'll need to be able to drive a light van up to 3.5 tonnes and be willing to undertake training up to LGV class 2 in your first 12 months. You'll need a good level of fitness and excellent spoken English. Previous experience in removals is helpful, but more important is enthusiasm, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing the best service to customers. They are currently in a period of significant growth, with a pipeline that includes acquiring former institutional sites and opening new venues.They are looking for a commercially savvy and hands-on Finance Director to join the senior leadership team. This is not a standard "desk-based" FD role; you will be deeply involved in driving performance across their estate, partnering with operational leaders on the ground, and playing a crucial part in their strategic growth journey.This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, from day-to-day financial control to high-level strategic planning and involvement in future M&A activity. You will report directly to the owners and work closely with their experienced Operations Director to maximise profitability across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Finance: Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the group's entities, with a strong focus on cash flow management and site-level profitability.Act as a true strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing critical analysis on new site openings, performance across the estate, and potential acquisitions.Lead the transition of the finance function, building a robust team to support the growing business. About You Sector Experience: You have demonstrable experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within a multi-site hospitality or restaurant business .Tronc Expertise: You have experience with Tronc payroll arrangements in the hospitality industry and understand the tax and compliance benefits .Funding & Growth: You have experience working with funder-led businesses, managing banking relationships, and overseeing capital expenditure for new sites .M&A Mindset: You are commercially astute and have experience or a strong desire to be involved in M&A activity, helping to acquire and integrate new sites.Hands-On: You are happy working in a non-corporate environment where you will be frequently on-site to support operations, with the ability to liaise effectively between the boardroom and the front-line teams.
