We have an exciting opportunity for an Urgent Care Practitioner (RGN) to join the team at Whitby Community Hospital in the scenic town of Whitby. What you will do:

• Deliver urgent care for minor injuries and illnesses, maintaining high clinical standards.
• Manage patient flow efficiently to ensure timely and effective care.
• Use S1 and EPS systems for accurate record-keeping and prescribing.
• Apply your non-medical prescribing qualification (V300) in clinical decision-making.
• Support and lead team members to ensure smooth department operations.
• Handle complex and evolving situations with professionalism and adaptability.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients about diagnoses and treatments.
• Work flexibly across a variety of shifts to meet service demands.
