What you will do:
- Work within the Permanence Team to support children in care and those looked after.
- Ensure timely and effective case management, consistently aiming to achieve permanence plans for each child.
- Collaborate with various agencies and professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct assessments, reviews, and visits, providing insightful and professional reports.
- Liaise with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to offer guidance and devise strategies for optimal child welfare.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
