  • Lead and manage the Duty and Assessment Social Work Team to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Support and develop team members through coaching and supervision.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive support services.
  • Regularly review team performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Manage complex cases and make critical decisions to ensure child welfare and safeguarding.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and departmental requirements.
  • Report on team activities and outcomes to senior management.
