What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of complex cases within a busy Community Mental Health Team
• Contribute effectively to the wider Multidisciplinary Team as a duty worker on allocated days
• Support junior staff and students with mentorship and guidance, fostering a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• You must be HCPC registered, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
• A valid driving licence is required, allowing you to travel as needed to meet the needs of your caseload.
