What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of approximately 14 foster carers, providing supervision and support to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Conduct regular home visits to foster carers and document reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the fostering panel and participate in decision-making processes regarding foster care placements.
- Provide training sessions and workshops for foster carers to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and standards through effective case management.
