What you will do
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Senior Practitioners and Social Workers.
- Strategic Support: Assist Heads of Service with safeguarding strategies and service development.
- Case Oversight: Oversee case management and make key decisions to ensure positive outcomes.
- Practice Development: Embed the Signs of Safety model across the team.
- Multi-Agency Working: Represent the service at key meetings and liaise with partner organisations.
- Staff Development: Provide supervision, performance management, and foster continuous improvement.
