What you will do:
- Provide skilled mental health assessments and interventions for young people with a range of emotional and mental health needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each young person
- Offer support and guidance to families and carers to help them understand and support the mental health needs of their children
- Participate in duty and triage services, offering your expertise to manage and prioritise referrals effectively
- Work closely with schools and other community services to ensure coordinated care
