What you will do
- Service Delivery: Provide specialist, client-centred occupational therapy interventions within the Community Neuro Service.
- Caseload Management: Autonomously manage a complex caseload in a community setting.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
- Clinical Reasoning: Apply advanced problem-solving skills to support patients with neurological conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with inpatient stroke teams and community neuro services.
- Supervision: Support and supervise rehabilitation assistants and students.
Qualifications / Requirements
- HCPC Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience: Relevant experience within neurology or community rehabilitation settings.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for community visits.
- Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, and autonomous working abilities.
