What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments for Special Guardianship Orders and kinship care arrangements, ensuring that all placements are in the best interest of the child.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to kinship carers, aiming to strengthen family units and improve outcomes for children.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential.
- Must have current registration with Social Work England.
- You should bring significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating your ability to handle complex cases effectively.
