What you will do:
- Manage care proceedings and advance cases seamlessly through the Public Law Outline and court processes.
- Complete high-quality, evidence-based assessments, including parenting, risk, and viability assessments.
- Develop permanency plans that include care planning, adoption, and placement orders.
- Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies, ensuring child-focused and evidence-based recommendations.
- Produce high-quality statements and care plans to meet court deadlines.
- Collaborate with Legal Services, Children’s Guardians, and related agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
- Utilize management supervision and understand professional accountability to progress cases effectively.
