What you will do:

• Take responsibility for cases at the point of PLO and manage them through to placement orders.
• Engage in court proceedings and prepare necessary documentation to support evidential requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies to foster a holistic approach to child welfare.
• Maintain and develop relationships with children and families, offering them support through challenging times.
• Work primarily from the office three days a week and be prepared for essential car use to meet case requirements.
